Who We Are

First Bell Holiday is an independent, accredited travel agency headquartered in Union, New Jersey. We are an Amadeus Partner (ACN: 84866628) authorized to facilitate bookings and ticket issuance on behalf of more than 100 global and domestic United States airlines. We are not an airline ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any single carrier.

Our agency was built on a simple principle: travelers deserve real, knowledgeable, human support when they are planning a trip or trying to resolve a problem with an existing reservation. We pick up the phone, answer questions clearly, disclose every fee in advance, and stay involved from your initial fare search all the way through your return flight.

What We Do

As a third-party travel distributor, we facilitate the following on behalf of travelers:

• Researching and quoting domestic and international flight itineraries
• Issuing and confirming tickets through our airline content providers
• Processing schedule changes, route modifications and date revisions
• Coordinating seat upgrades into Premium Economy, Business or First Class subject to availability
• Submitting cancellation and refund requests in accordance with each airline's fare rules
• Helping with travel-related questions such as baggage policies, check-in timing and travel documentation

How We Work

Every interaction with First Bell Holiday begins with a phone call or a written request. A certified consultant reviews your travel needs, presents available options, and explains the published rules of the airline whose flights you are considering. Before any payment is processed, we confirm in writing the total amount, including any travel agency service fee that applies.

Once your booking is ticketed, we provide a confirmation email containing your itinerary, the airline's record locator, the ticket number, and our customer service contact details. From that point onward, you can either contact the airline directly or continue to work with our team for any post-booking assistance.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe travel pricing should be honest and predictable. We therefore commit to:

• Identifying ourselves clearly as "First Bell Holiday, an independent travel agency" on every call
• Disclosing all travel agency service fees before any card is charged
• Explaining the difference between an airline's published price and any additional service charges
• Never claiming to be an airline, an airline help desk, or an airline customer service number
• Recommending that travelers also verify rules and policies on the operating airline's official website
