These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, telephone services and travel-booking services offered by First Bell Holiday ("we", "our", "us"), an independent, accredited travel agency operating as an Amadeus Partner under ACN: 84866628. By visiting our website, calling our telephone numbers or requesting a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
First Bell Holiday is not an airline. We are a third-party travel agency that facilitates the booking and ticketing of flights on behalf of over 100 global and domestic United States airlines. All travel products are subject to the rules, conditions and limitations of the operating airline or supplier. We act as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier and have no operational control over the travel services that are ultimately delivered.
Bookings may be requested by telephone, email or through our website's contact and quote-request forms. A booking is not confirmed until (a) we have received your authorization to charge the full amount including any agency service fees, and (b) we have transmitted the booking to the airline and received a valid airline confirmation (record locator) and ticket number. You will receive an email confirmation once these steps are complete.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quoted fares are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete; airline fares can fluctuate at any time. Our quoted price may include a travel agency service fee in addition to the airline's published fare and taxes. This service fee will always be disclosed verbally and in writing prior to authorization. Service fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by law.
By providing payment information to a First Bell Holiday consultant, you authorize us to charge your card for the full amount of your booking, including the base fare, applicable taxes and our agency service fee. You confirm that the card you provide is yours or that you have explicit permission from the cardholder to use it for this transaction.
All changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the published fare rules of the operating airline. First Bell Holiday will process such requests on your behalf in accordance with those rules. Airline penalty fees, fare differences and our own service fee may apply. Please consult our Refund Policy and Cancellations page for details.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the correct travel documents for your itinerary, including but not limited to a valid passport, applicable visas, transit permits, vaccination certificates and entry permissions. First Bell Holiday will not be liable for any losses arising from a passenger being denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
You must follow the operating airline's check-in deadlines, baggage allowances, identification requirements and all other operational rules. We strongly recommend reviewing the airline's website prior to travel. We are not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding or additional fees resulting from a passenger's failure to comply with airline rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, First Bell Holiday's total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount of the agency service fee actually paid by you to us for that booking. We are not liable for losses caused by the airline, weather, government action, mechanical failure, strikes, force majeure or any other event outside our reasonable control.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the First Bell Holiday name — is owned by us or our content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those websites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
